Flatirons Rotary of Boulder Grants and Service Projects

Our club is committed to the Rotary ideal of Service Above Self, both here in our community of Boulder and abroad. Flatirons Rotary of Boulder can provide volunteers and grants.

Eligibility:   Nonprofit 501(c) 3 organization preferred (not required).  No grants to Individuals.  Organizations receiving funds in one year, are not eligible to apply for additional or new funds in the following year.

Typical Activities Funded:  Grants are typically targeted towards specific short-term projects, one-time events or unique or non-recurring needs.  Funded projects generally fall into, but are not limited to, Rotary International's Areas of Focus:
  • Peace and conflict prevention/resolution
  • Disease prevention and treatment
  • Water and sanitation
  • Maternal and child health
  • Basic education and literacy
  • Economic and community development
  • Environment and sustainability
  • Other community worthy project

Duration: Project should be completed within 12 months.

Grants range in size from $500 to $3,000.
